Originally founded as a direct-to-consumer music club in 1987, the company, then known as Integrity Music, grew into one of Christian music’s biggest success stories. By 1995, it had become Integrity Incorporated and had established itself as a leading producer of praise and worship music. Its corporate offices are located in Mobile, Alabama, with subsidiary offices in Tennessee and four foreign offices located in Singapore, The Netherlands, South Africa and the United Kingdom.
Integrity’s metamorphosis from Integrity Music to Integrity Media, a full-fledged media company, is part of its ongoing commitment to providing Christ-centered products and resources to individuals, families and the Church worldwide.
In 2002, Integrity purchased the Nashville-based label INO Records, who together represent the top independent labels in the Christian music marketplace, commanding 13.5 percent of the label market share. Their strong retail presence is due to distribution into both the Christian (Provident-Integrity Distribution) and mainstream (Columbia/SONY-BMG Distribution) marketplaces.
